I'm Raja CSP Raman — an engineer, educator, author, and founder. From a rural school in Odiapatti to a career spanning multiple continents, my journey has been driven by curiosity and a deep commitment to giving back. I'm an alumnus of Thiagarajar College of Engineering and started my career working alongside IIT Madras professors at NMSWorks (a parent company of Zoho). I moved to Canada in 2010 and studied at Humber Institute of Technology in Toronto. Over 13 years in Ontario, I built a career working with American and European clients across diverse tech domains — from ticketing systems to retail and gaming technology. Throughout my career, I've dedicated my weekends to mentoring students from rural backgrounds, teaching them cutting-edge technologies through one-on-one sessions. The impact: 442 students have secured their first jobs through my guidance, with over 30 of them now earning more than ₹20 lakhs annually.
