When Showing Up Became the Point

I'm Kaaviyasri Varshini a 2nd-year CSE student at Meenakshi College of Engineering, and somewhere between attendance sheets and assignment deadlines, I started taking GenAI sessions at Kactii Academy. Honestly, I didn't think much of it at first — just another thing to add to my schedule. But the sessions kept happening, and so did the questions, the doubts, the "wait, can you explain that again?" moments. I didn't realize I was actually building something until Kactii handed me a fiction storybook as a thank-you. I stared at it longer than I probably should have. It wasn't about the book. It was proof that showing up, week after week, actually mattered to someone. If there's one honest thing I've learned: you don't always see your own growth in the moment. Sometimes it takes someone else handing it back to you.
