I ran AI code reviews on every PR in my repo this week.
Paid for with my Codex subscription.
Most review tools bill per run, so you cap them and only point them at a few PRs…Take the token cost out and you’ll always run them.
The tool that finally made that possible is Vorflux:
- One model plans and build
-  A model from a different lab reviews it against a fresh context
- The model that writes the code is never the one that approves it
- Two rival labs checking each other’s work on your task.
I just recorded one PR it did to show you how fast and easy it was.
It also plans, builds, and tests across your whole stack the same way, on a real cloud machine, end to end.
The craziest part? The PR shows up with a recording of the thing working.
I opened it, watched it run, and merged.

Vorflux is real, and the specific mechanics described in the post match the company's own materials closely — but this is clearly a first-person testimonial for a paid, fairly new commercial product, not a neutral tool overview, and that's worth flagging up front.

Vorflux exists and does what's described. It's a cloud coding platform that opened public sign-ups around August 2026, positioned as an autopilot that takes a task from intent to a merged PR without a laptop staying in the loop.

"Bring your own Codex subscription" — confirmed as a real, named feature, not something the poster invented: Vorflux's own materials describe an existing Codex subscription routed in under an OpenAI partnership, and the company's manifesto states users can bring your own subscription straight in and run at roughly 10x off.

Cross-lab review (author model never reviews its own work) — confirmed nearly verbatim. Vorflux's own manifesto states: the review that means something comes from outside that family: a reviewer from a different lab, harder on the work because it shares none of the author's habits, catching the failures the author was built not to see. This matches your "two rival labs checking each other's work" framing precisely — though it's worth knowing this is Vorflux's own marketing framing for a legitimate, independently-recognized practice (cross-provider review to reduce same-model blind spots is a pattern other tools use too, e.g. Claude Code's Codex plugin for exactly this reason).

Whole-stack planning/building/testing on a dedicated cloud machine — confirmed. Each session spins up an entire stack on a dedicated EC2 instance, cloning repos, installing libraries, bringing up frontend, backend, mobile services, and databases, with CI/CD and environment variables wired in.

"The PR shows up with a recording" — confirmed. Vorflux's own positioning explicitly includes video proof on each PR as a core feature, not something unique to this user's experience.

What's worth being upfront about: this is a personal testimonial for a young, actively-marketed paid product — Vorflux's own public manifesto leans heavily into evangelist-style language ("Tokenmaxx, not peoplemaxx," "these models are a genie," "come live in the frontier with us"), which is useful context: the underlying technical claims check out, but the source material itself runs hot on hype relative to substance, and there's no independent (non-vendor) benchmark or review of Vorflux's actual review quality in what I found — just the company's own description and this kind of first-person account.
